Why do you believe that Dispensationalism is a false doctrine? Many other Reformed Christian theologians say otherwise and call dispensationalists their brethren. John McCarthur for instance. I appreciate your eschatology, but I don't think Dispensationalism is wrong. Though I do agree with you that both cannot be right. But I think it's kind of a live and let live thing. The difference is not that important I don't think.

Hi Tony, just a note to say how much my wife Linda and I enjoyed reading your articles on the bible and Christian behavior. I had a two week discussion with one of the members of your Reformed forum and the testimony and witness he gave was so strong that I had to visit and listen for myself. Needless to say, we are impressed with your Old School approach to the bible as the inerrant word of God and your faithfulness to God's word. Thanks for your compassion for all people and your hunger for the word of God.

Thank you and will enjoy exploring amd learning from your site. Long distance Blessings and Love from California.

Nice site, love your insistence on interpretations by sola scriptura. The only way!

    To whom it may concern,
I am against Reformed Theology because it denies that each individual is responsible and accountable for their own sins, the evils committed in their own life. And this is a foundational law of Christianity. Most of your other doctrines seem correct.

I would like to offer comments the exact opposite of the last post. Far from being old fashioned and what is driving people away from the church, your adherence to traditional and sound Christian values and doctrines are the last vestige of a once great church and once faithful ministers. It is a blessing to read and listen to the uncorrupted articles and traditional sermons here. May God bless you sir for your standing tall in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation.

Just read your article on the significance of the floating axe head and Elisha. I must say that I don't agree with your conclusions that it symbolized the work of Christ in removing our debt. It's just too convenient for me. Also, your doctrines seem way too strict and old fashioned, and in many other ways obsolete. Christians today need more tolerance, not less. Old fashioned religion is what's driving people away from the church.

I an mot impressed with your unbending teachings. You call yourself Reformed? The Reformed view allows for divorce in certain instances and you think you know what's biblical better than the faithful stewards of the Reformed Church? Shame on you. The Westminster Confession of faith allows for Divorce.
Here's what it says:
"V. Adultery or fornication, committed after a contract, being detected before marriage, giveth just occasion to the innocent party to dissolve that contract. In the case of adultery after marriage, it is lawful for the innocent party to sue out a divorce, and after the divorce to marry another, as if the offending party were dead."

You have no sympathy for those of us who have been cheated on, but are allowed to divorce as if the offending party is dead. Fornication makes the wife dead to us. Proof we can divorce.
