A friend of mine sent me your link and I am very disappointed in your theology of exclusion. In this day and age one would think that there would be no preaching against gay people. God loves all people and what you call sin, even if it is, is no more than the sin of heterosexuals and should not be singled out and condemned. I would hope you would rethink your teaching, as the sin of Sodom was not being gay, but lawlessness.
Reply: Biblical history will show that the sins (plural) of Sodom and Gomorrah were a total breakdown of the God ordered design in rampant, unrestrained immorality, which the sin of homosexuality in that narrative clearly typified or characterized. Man may be able to rewrite secular history, but he cannot rewrite Biblical history, no matter how hard he tries. Sincerely, |

God's blessings upon you all as you go forth to proclaim the Word of God. I recently found your spirit filled ministry as a result of someone mentioning it on another bible based forum. I love your stance of sticking to the authority of scripture and the many outstanding articles of faith. Again, God bless you all.

I thank God from the bottom of my heart for international searching leading me to this wonderful site. I had been searching for preachers who actually follow the scriptures rather than attempt to lead them, and I believe I have found what I was looking for. I know we often need be taught by man, but I also know it is by the spirit and through the word. God has blessed the collection of pastors who write for this site and through their writings I am immensely blessed as well. Thank you all for providing this God sewrving place.

I have read your article on worship. How some music like rock, rap, hip hop etc cannot be incorporated into church worship because they do not glorify God. I tend to agree with the article but what is lacking is it doesn't give the reader any option of what type of music is readily available in our days to listen to. If you can please advice which certain groups of gospel artists that you know of that play the right kind of gospel music, because groups like Hillsong and the like that play rock are the most dorminant in our days.

What a great blessing to be led here,
We live in a society that is Godless, dictatorial and authoritarian in its nature, and the church has started passively accepting its carnal views and basic immorality as not only normal, but acceptable. When the church starts denying the Lordship of Jesus Christ, we are halfway down the road to perdition. Because if Christ is not Lord of our lives in an experiential way, there is a void that society is all too eager to fill. We praise God that there are a few sites like this one left that stand true to its Christian roots. Thanks to all of you.

Loved your article on sexual perversions, it is well overdue. This is especially necessary in this day of sexual permissiveness and rampant acceptance of immorality that can lead to perversion. I have printed it out and will distribute it at our church. Many thanks.

I believe that religion is the root of most all of the problems in the world. From the Christian crusades to the tribal massacre to the muslin holy wars, religion is at the root of all the fighting. That is why I am against all religious cults. No one needs a crutch. I hope you post this because there are a lot of people who feel the same way I do and we should be allowed to have a voice. Even if you disagree with it.

I read your article "Amillennialism, a word direct from God," and agree totally. I praise God for people like you who don't follow the crowd, but follow the scriptures and stand by the Truth. Its really an encouragement.

God's blessings to you all,
You're doing a wonderful job. The Reformed Church is much bigger than the elitist sects that inhabit their own little private forums and worlds and I am so glad that you guys put the emphasis on Reformed evangelism rather than a stagnant country club attitude where old men endlessly debate about the words kenoo and empty. This elitist attitude in the Reformed Church is disturbing. The true Christian church has never had a history of favoring, advocating, or restricting membership to an elite. I am delighted that you have opened your arms to the entire Reformed tradition regardless of denomination or political leanings. I guess that is why there is such tension with the stiff shirts. Their narrow interpretation of Reformed Theology and tradition is like that of the Scribes and Pharisees. By God's grace you concentrate on the weightier matters. Keep up the good work and continue to grow in grace.
