I thought this was a nice buiblical site until I read your stance on divorce and free will. First of all free will is a given. If we didn't have free will we couldn't choose right and wrong. Second, if there isn't divorce, Christians would be stuck with unbelievers the rest of their lives. YTou think That's a good thing? Please reexamine your doctrimnes because I believe they leave something to be desired.

I was searching for Reformed forums and I found out about your web site. Just a few lines to say that it is very good to know that the LORD is blessing your ministry. It's so hard to find biblical eschatology these days with all the nonsense preached by televangelists. So refreshing to read eschatology that makes sense. God is good.

Christian Greetings! I have really enjoyed my visit. What an incredible wealth of information you have here. I have spent over an hour looking at your links. Thanks for composing this page and sharing the information to all. I've marked this site to return. I believe we see more 'eye ta eye' than most. It's wonderful to meet and share with honest, sincere, openminded, bible-believing 'desirers' of the Truth.

HIS LOVE and Blessings to you and yours.

Dear friends, Thank you for your teachings. I was a catholic for most of my life and in my late fourties I was by the grace of GOD almighty led out of the catholic church, through reading of the word. Did all the nonsense the Catholic church teaches in seeking a true relationship with God and I almost committed suicide. Until hearing the word on the radio and going home and reading the bible by myself at home. I read it every day over and over. Then I went to some other churches but after sometime the Lord show how wrong they were also even served teaching some children. The activities were wonderful but something was not right, so I left and started to go out on the street and give bibles out and tell others the importance of reading it and praying directly to THE LORD. Its been a hard road. Thank you

I'm new to this website, and wish to express my sincere appreciation for what you have done here. I found this website because of an immediate need to help an SBC Baptist Deacon understand the Doctrines of Grace, but his rebuttal on one key issue was a quote from the defective CEV "translation" (on EPH 1:13). Thankyou, thankyou, thankyou for your write up on Bible translations defending the KJV. In today's world it is hard enough to convince people of sound doctrine from Scripture, when their "bibles" are corrupt and have changed the meaning of the text! Keep up the good work.

Thank you for all your sermons, articles and classic theology that has helped me throughout the years. Your site has been such a blessing in my life. Seeing that you have the same zeal, desire and burden on your heart for lost people that I do, I pray that God blesses your group abundantly as you do God's will. God bless! I will refer this site to many Christians and agnostics here in Greenville.

Your doctrines are archaic. Let's assume for argument's sake that the Bible is indeed the law of God. Your teaching of a pro-life doctrine is still wrong, because there is no Biblical law against abortion. The Hebrew word translated "kill" in "Thou shalt not kill" is rasach. This word is more accurately translated "murder," or illegal killing. Abortion is legal, therefore you haven't a let to stand on.

It's so refreshing to be in a forum where we can express sound conservatism Christian views and values without all the unchristian mean-spirited, tribalism or closet racism. God bless the Mountain Retreat site. A real beacon of true Christian charity in a world of narcissism.

Susan
