So many people believe and listen to crazy preachers because their mind is warped by the idolatry of the false prophet. That's an example of the apostasy that has overcome Christinas. At least the kind that makes their own reasoning their god.

Exactly, looking for justification of their beliefs and not the Truth so God seared their consciences because they had pleasure in unrighteousness.

1 Tim 4:1,2
1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;
2 Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;

Don't count your chickens before they hatch. As far as I'm concerned it is a fact that there are a lot of "really" ignorant and uneducated people in this country, and at last count 80% of Republicans that are still backing Trump qualify.

...in my opinion.   So it ain't over till it's over!

If God created all things and called them good, how is it that the church could fall into apostasy?

The two things have nothing to do with each other. Good things can go bad, as the example of Adam and Eve demonstrates. Once they fell into sin they went from good to bad. From no sin to sin.

Spiritual Insanity. When Tony first started talking about "Spiritual Insanity" I was skeptical because I couldn't equate insanity with the state of being unsaved. But the more I look into it, the more I read scripture where God talks about being sound of mind, the more I see how absolutely insane Christians can be in what they will accept, condone, and believe, I'm coming around to understanding the spiritual nature of insanity of the church. The things I have seen Christians justify I don't think they ever would have a twenty years ago.

I think that by now we should have all figured spiritual insanity out. We're talking to and about these people as if they are God blessed rational thinking human beings when the truth is, there is no rationality in them. There's no reasoning with them. There's no clarity in their thoughts. There's no making sense of most of the things that they sincerely believe and teach. What other phrase can there be for it but spiritual insanity. I have a neighbor who thinks there's no Coronavirus, We should tithe 10% to the nation of Israel, Divorce is acceptable and Reformed doctrines are the Devil's spawn. Where do you even begin to reason with these people. Impossible.

So many people believe and listen to crazy preachers because their mind is warped by the idolatry of the false prophet. That's an example of the apostasy that has overcome Christinas. At least the kind that makes their own reasoning their god.
