I really enjoyed reading through the information you have gathered. I lean towards agreement with the Reformed Theology idea. The Illuminated Scriptures really sits well with me due to recent events in my life. Not too long ago my faith was non-existent. I believed that there was something more but I couldn't wrap my head around the writings in the bible. It was all just greek and babbling to me. Until I experienced the Holy Spirit. During 6 months of an infection that turned septic, I went into self isolation and let go of my ego (didn't know that at the time). The night I felt the Holy Spirit I had a vision which I thought was a hallucination at the time. After that night I was able to read the scriptures with more understanding and started asking for God's guidance not only in my life but the people around me also. They became aware of the fact that when I asked I would get the information straight from the bible letting God guide me to the Book, Chapter and verse. Now I am studying more of the scriptures and the history. The more I learn the more I know that the history, faith, redemption, Word of God and the path to the Kingdom of Heaven have been stolen from us. So thank you for getting the information out no matter if people agree with everything or not, that is what discernment is for.

Your doctrines are old fashioned and obsolete. You are a dinosaur my friend, soon to go extinct. The fact that this so-called Reformed Christian site even exists is a miracle considering your puritanical anti divorce philosophies and denials of dispensationalism. Your web site looks like something out of the 70s and is a testimony to your intransigence. You've been left behind. I believe that you should prepare yourself for this new world that is impervious to your insistence on sola scriptura. The bible was written by men and men are infallible. I will not be coming back to this site unless you change your doctrines and share some love for gays rather than the scriptures. You win more with honey than with vinegar.

I keep returning to this site because I keep learning more and more about Reformed Christianity and its reliance on the Bible alone. The experience of finding article after article with sound Christian theology was so refreshing. Surfing the Internet and finding site after site of fluff and empty platitudes was so frustrating. It was so very nice to find a resource that takes the Bible seriously. To date, I have found very few. Thanks for the great work!

    Mr Warren,

Just finished reading your paper "Amillennialism: A Word Direct From The Scriptures."
Ref: http://www.mountainretreatorg.net/eschatology/amillennial.shtml
Thank you so much for this outstanding and informative article. To be frank, I believe that it is one of the very best explanations of the Christian doctrine of Amillennialism that I have ever read. It is brilliantly written in plain language (that in itself is unique) and yet very scholarly and without any ambiguity. The best part is that it ties all the pieces together that the Christian new to Amillialism needs to know about where it comes from. Its source is not from man, but directly from the Scriptures.

God's blessings to you sir and I look forward to reading more of your writings.

Peter

Nice site but dated. Good content but you need to move up to the 20th century.

A friend gave me the link to your eschatology page in 2019 and I saw a very different perspective of the Bible than I had been taught the last 10 years. It was a great blessing. I just wanted to sign your guestbook and thank God who has used this ministry to correct a lot of bad theology I had been taught concerning Israel, the end times, and the nature of the gospel.

I am so delighted at the wealth of great content you have amassed here. Iíve been reading now for many months and outside of the Bible itself, this is the best blessings I have received online and hopefully to many others. I just love reading reformed sermons and articles by Horton, Engelsma, Hoekema, and a host of other great orators. May God richly bless you

    Tony Warren,
Homosexuality is not a sin, it is a misunderstanding by so many ignorant reformed theologians like yourself. You guy6s are so busy telling us about God's condemnation about homosexuals, when these views of literalists lead parents to banish children from their homes, sets neighbor against neighbor, and engenders hate and condemnation.

"The Bible is not the book many American fundamentalists and political opportunists think it is, or more precisely, what they want it to be. Their lack of knowledge about the Bible is well established. A Pew Research poll in 2010 found that evangelicals ranked only a smidgen higher than atheists in familiarity with the New Testament and Jesus's teachings." -Kurt Eichenwald

When the Bible was written, the Hebrew culture basically ignored the concept of a loving, committed, adult, homosexual relationship. One author, James Brownson, has pointed out that the Bible is essentially silent in addressing the contemporary experience of a consensual, same-sex relationship. (Brownson, pg. 41). So stop putting your own bias on good people who think differently from the reformed, and choose to live different lifestyles.
